All you need to know to visit the museum

When is the museum open?

Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00 and Monday from 14:00 to 18:00. Closed on Monday mornings and Tuesdays all day, on 01/01, 01/05, and 14/07, as well as on the weekend of the flea market (1st Saturday, Sunday and Monday of September), on 01/11 and 25/12.

 

What are the prices?

€3.70 / €2.60 (12-25 years old, Friends of the museums, large family card...). Free for children under 12, art and heritage students, jobseekers, disabled people, C'ART holders, ICOM card holders, ... Free access to the permanent collections and reduced admission to the temporary exhibitions on the 1st Sunday of each month.

For the inhabitants of Lille, Lommois and Hellemmois, the museum's permanent collections are free every Sunday on presentation of documentary proof less than one year old.

The Musée de l'Hospice Comtesse's permanent collections and temporary exhibitions are free of charge for holders of the C'Art card, which can be purchased at the museum's ticket office. 
The Hospice Comtesse Museum is part of the
C'ART network. This metropolitan museum pass offers unlimited access to the permanent collections and temporary exhibitions of 14 member museums and art centres for one year (date to date). More information on lacart.fr

During heatwave alerts, the museum reserves the right to close the first floor of the permanent collection building.
The ground floor, the sick room and the chapel remain open.
In these circumstances, the permanent collections are accessible to all at a reduced rate (€2.60 instead of €3.70).
